Allana Steveson

Allana is a realtor who embodies integrity, patience, and experience. She helped us buy our first house and was amazing with answering our endless questions- no matter how mundane. She kept up a positive attitude when we were getting discouraged and made sure that we never felt pressured to buy a house that we didn't like. She was very flexible with scheduling house viewings and incredibly responsive to texts, calls, and emails.

As a first time homebuyer, it was important for me to have representation that I implicitly trusted to steer us to a house that checked as many boxes as possible. She asked us questions while we were looking at houses to determine what we wanted and what we didn't like. She wrote up 3 offers for us and kept our spirits boosted when the first 2 didn't work out. She made us take a hard look at our situation during coronavirus to make sure that we were still in a good financial place to buy, saying that she had absolutely no problem if we wanted to put our house search on hold if we felt we felt uncertain. I think that it takes a special kind of person to put their own livelihood on hold to look out for their client.

I almost look forward to listing our house for sale when we're ready to move again because I know I'll be in good hands with Allana.
